This looks good. Picked up some soft silken tofu to try it for lunch on Saturday

Does that recipe work with dog?

It would in my house

I have tried and tried and tried but my local butcher will not stock tofu…

More accurater.

My tofu recipe:

  1. Take tofu
  2. Put back on the supermarket shelf
  3. Buy proper food

Like water, so perfect it’s tasteless.

I would have preferred a recipe with no animal ingredients

Other than buying the marinated tofu I’ve only had it scrambled. After seeing your wok of tofu I’ve bought some to try in some new dish. Not sure what yet though.

There is a vegan Indian takeaway that have it in their curries, which I’ve tried, but I’ve only ever scrambled it myself.

Well this is the last thread I ever thought I’d see on here!

So, you’ve been thinking about Tofu?

Tofublerone, surely

Yeah I’ve used it as a substitute for paneer in either matar paneer or saag panel, it works quite well.

Are you veggie? Most things I cook with tofu actually include some sort of non veggie ingredient…

Nah…Paneer tastes mildly sour and has a cheese like texture (we make our own) and Tofu…well…

Appropriate, as tofu isn’t real food.

Indeed, the taste and texture of congealed snot.

I suspect congealed snot would have more of both.
