Two weeks on and is still on the market , a surprise to me. We are now just two days away from our due exchange so Claire is viewing tomorrow.
I’m wondering if we can negotiate down the £450 monthly bill by supplying our own bed linen and 10 day clean up - We shall see.
Is the £450 in addition to the £1850pcm Andy?

In my brain this idea seems logical
£450 PCM is similar to my current monthly bills
The £1850 rent is close to the tax free interest that I will get on our equity
I will be able to get the kids to come for Xmas saving me £3K not renting a place for us all for two weeks.
The risk is that house prices rise sharply and interest rates rapidly drop.
This may be the best time in 20 years to try this for 5 months?
