I think America has had enough of elections, they last nearly two years and cost a fortune, more than that they interrupt every TV show and sports event with incessant campaign advertising.
Vote for Trump and all that will be over, they will never be bothered by elections again.
In just 4 years the Dissociative States of America has managed to completely forget that
- Trump already had a go.
- He did fucking nothing at-all. Barely any walls built; 0 swamps drainedā¦
- That heās nearly as old and senile as Diaper Joe.
- That he is a proven liar, sex-pest, fraud, criminal, and insurrectionist.
- That he has no real manifesto other than advancing his own ego.
- That heās best buddies with despots who are sworn enemies of the US.
- That heās a failed businessmen that turned daddyās billion$ into million$.
- That he only looks after the super-rich.
- That he despises ordinary working-class people.

I was partly pleased when Johnson became pm,so the fan boys could see that the emperor was naked.

Retail prices have gone through the roof (in American terms), gas prices were cheaper and people felt richer under Trump.
Most donāt give a shit about anything else.
Not so straightforward, when you factor this election is decided in a very small number of states, on a very small number of votes.
Two big topics that I believe will carry it for Harris:
- Women. Specifically, but not limited to, womenās reproductive rights.
- Puerto Rico. >400k registered Puerto Rican votes in PA. This fuck up at the recent MAGA rally has gained serious traction.
The pollsters still have PTSD from 2016 and have overpriced Trump.
Thatās just a my take and that of one or two other commentators I trust.

This, I honestly think Trump is going to take an even worse trouncing than he took in 2020 at the hands of Biden.

Itās going to be uglier than 2020. I donāt see another storming of the Capitol, the QAnon loonies are too paranoid about a deep state setup to try again. But I do see long term terrorism.
The results arenāt going to be clear for some time due to legal challenges that are going to be mounted. Democrats have been encouraging voters to donate to PACs that are lawyering up for that fight, rather than the campaigns (which are flush with money already)

Iāve heard commentary that suggests Trumpās response to an election loss will be mitigated by his desire to stay out of jail when he attends his sentencing hearing on November 26th. I hope that analysis holds up.

Democracy is the best flawed system that we humans have in that it gives us a snifter that we have a say or can make a difference. All governments are transient and the real power lies elsewhere. This orange clown genuinely scares me. I do honestly think that he realised how limited his power was the last time, and wants to bulldoze in and try and change it. This office has checks and balances that he did not like, Iām sure Nixon and many others felt the same.
The man is a fucking despot.
