Old Fashioned cocktail, a slight departure from my usual, in that I’m using a rye whiskey rather than a Bourbon. Usually I go with Rye fer Manhattan’s & Bourbon fer Old Fashioned’s. Made with Bulleit Rye & a dash each of Angostura & Regans No 6 bitters muddled with dark brown unrefined sugar.
