Certainly looks impressive 
5 double LPs in gatefold sleeves with a book and DVD. 1999 remastered 2xLP; promos and b-sides 2xLP; 2x double LPs of vault material, Live in Detroit '82 2xLP.
Sound is pretty good, very clean pressings. They’ve tweaked the bass on 1999 at the slight expense of a bit of clarity in places, but it certainly helps the rhythm and Prince’s superbly programmed drums stand out.

Only listened on Tidal at work, but hearing sparse mixes/demos of material from this period is something I would have literally killed for in my youth. You’re right, nice clean drums, both live and LINN. Can’t help but think he would have held some of it back, it’s a bit like revealing his process/secrets. A fans dream though, enjoy!
