Just finished watching the final ever Game of Thrones. Hats off to everyone involved from the very beginning - it’s been an amazing series over the years.

It has been , but this series has been rushed and kind of spoilt it a little. Yes they’ve tried to tie up all the loose ends but the pacing has been all over the show.
I think if they had stuck to the shorter episode lengths, but left the Night King battle episode as is, it may have helped a bit. Some of it did feel rushed.
I just finished watching the final episode of GoT. Have to say that I enjoyed all the series up until this one. I agree that it felt rushed. It also lacked the surprises and twists of the previous series and the books. In short, the previous seven series were far superior to what I felt was a poorly written but beautifully shot final series. On balance though it was a great bit of TV. I look forward to the final book that George RR Martin is allegedly struggling to produce as I prefer the books to the TV.
I have a sick child at home, so haven’t been able to watch it yet

I haven’t watched any GoT yet but plan on binge watching it at some point.
Easy to knock the last episode.
I enjoyed it.
The series was limited to a delivery time and real life issues meant it was never going to be the ten episode, nuanced epic.
The actors had put their life on hold for it,and it had to end.
Stunning cinematography, wonderful composition, funny, and fitting.
Sure it could be better, but that’s like me saying I could manage the England team more successfully.
