Ever? Or just the DVD.

Just ever, ignorance is bliss :grinning:

Fuck. Itā€™s a must watch imo. Probably the grimest thing Iā€™ve ever seen to be honest. Watched it when I was a kid and it haunted me for years. I forced myself to watch it again a few years back just to slay a few demons.

Iā€™m in it somewhere, extra in the hospital queue and moorland trudge, though I didnā€™t spot myself on the couple of times Iā€™ve watched it.

Oh wow!

Absolutely - itā€™s a remarkable film.

Only beaten in the trauma stakes by the Russian film Come And See set during WWII - itā€™s on youtube BUT be warned itā€™s a very very disturbing watch.

Is it new? I didnā€™t think they had anything like that. Could well imagine theyā€™d shit the bed with the concept though.

Itā€™s new, on the beeb i player. So politically light they had to nail it down. Lots of Yeha and whooping. The yanks will no doubt like it, but its definitely aimed at downtown.

Whodathunkit: Septics take a perfectly-good concept and FUBAR itā€¦ :open_mouth:

Just had a notification this aft, that this is now available ter watch on Netflix (seasons 1 & 2).

Muchly looking forward to delving in, I hear its pretty good!

cf: Red Dwarf and anything that hasnā€™t already been ruined by Ricky Gervais.

love this film

It is complete bollocks, but I love it too :grinning:

Shockingly awful but great fun. The only thing itā€™s missing is a lass from baywatch popping out of a cake topless

Just finished the second series of ā€˜Sherwoodā€™ - dunno what the groupthink is on it, but I thought it was every bit as well done as the first. Characters are written with well-defined individuality, and itā€™s not until you witness it that you realise quite how uncommon that actually is.

Dune 2. 4k disc.

Not quite the cinema, but it does the visuals and sound justice.

Dune Prophecy prequel TV series coming to Sky soon.
Based on one of the cash in spin off novels by Frank Herbertā€™s son (which may be a bit unfair as i have never read any of them) I am fearful that it might be total bollocks.
