What I'm watching (Series 2)

It’s shaping up, I don’t remember it being a weekly upload before?

It’s always been a true, old fashioned, weekly series.

I normally watch each episode with a sense of dread, and an uncomfortable gut.
You just expect everyone to implode, all the time.

very cool animated series

Narrowly avoided an unscheduled late night watching The Godfather on Film4. Only the adverts saved me.

Reacher.

Series 3 Episode one.

Tongue in cheek fun. Really enjoying it. Plenty of deadpan delivery, and the usual muscular hokum. Perfect easy telly.

Historically weaving mostly unrelated people and events into quite a compelling 6pt series. Some excellent performances, particularly from Stephen Graham who bluked up and manages his part superbly. Erin Doherty also excells. Poised for conniption what happened was rather watchable

Just started on BBC1 so it’ll be on the iPlayer for a while, the Outfit. Mark Rylance as a high end tailor caught up amongst gangsters. Catch it if you can. @Wayward has a funny story about the person who advised on the technicalities.

It’s very good.

Enjoyed it very much, might watch that again.

He’s a cutter, not a tailor…

Four episodes into Zero Day. It’s ok. Little bit too much Bobby, and a little bit slow. The quality hangs it together.

“Are you still picking your feet in Poughkeepsie?”

A classic I had recorded that it seems time to watch.

A Complete Unknown

I didn’t really know the detail of his story so enjoyed this (assuming it’s mostly accurate)

Timothy Chalamet did a good job playing him & overall it was pretty entertaining with some great songs. Made me want to go & play some of his records again & try to find a copy of Freewheelin’
