The film is a bit of a soft touch plot, but the actors nail it, and take it behind where it should be.
Just finished watching this series. For all the glitz, glamor, excitement, debauchery, creativity, money, fame and so on. He was, it seems according to his diary, an unhappy lost soul. Fascinating and tragic in equal measure.

Hel made me watch the Louis Theroux thing Forbidden America, hoo boy the episode with the right wing white supremacists (“I’m not a while supremacist, I just hate blacks, jews, women, fags, liberals…”) loons pretending they’re being ironic and therefore not actually what they clearly are and then getting very offended when Louis asks them what they are. Fucking crazy and you can see Louis just doesn’t know how to cope with some of the borderline personality disorder responses he gets.

Watching the Challenger documentary on Netflix.
A mate has just messaged me to see if we should get a bunch of us together to go and see it on the opening night.
