Who's going to Scalford?

It looks like I’m exhibiting in 203.

While the live talks, audio jumble and Wam TV have got me really excited :smiling_imp: I will not be attending.

I’m not interested in all that shite. I just want to see/hear some nice kit and have a few beers with some of the people I’ve been chatting with on the site for the last few years.

We have met before Rob, I think at one of Brian’s bake offs?

I went to a bakeoff at Brian’s once.

Yep, I can completely understand that, it’s one aspect I’ll greatly miss…

I’ll just have to arrange another bake off soon to compensate

FWIW, I am not going. Partly due to m’eh, but mostly due to yellow.

I went to that one - it was very foggy driving back to the motorway.

I remember two Bobs, and Brian. And MickyRicky and his turntable with the secret hidden phono stage. That is sort of about it really.
Had a lovely chat with Brian when we went to get the curry.

hahahahaha, yes, that got everyone going that did LOLZ!

I remember a certain PMAC with his Heed Phono stage which sounded rather goodish, oh and a Hegel amp which someone brought which was rather nice.

You can buy it if you want to. Hasn’t been used since then

he is very generous - last I heard he was giving me his turntable. arm, cartridge and specialist Black and Decker TT stand. He asked me to ensure I got a good price on the TT stand for the scalford charity

I’ll probably pop over on Saturday afternoon Rob. Not sure about Sunday yet.

Will any decent rooms be set up Saturday night? Can’t fucking stand rugby.
