drop an email to audio silente or Hanze Hifi as they normally have loads of TD124 spares
Then buy the hanze springs, idler wheel and gel grommets etc

These people have everything you could possibly want.
Their pricing may be an obstacle…

You could stick this on and not use the clutch, the spindle hole is about 1mm wider but that should be ok.

TBH the top platter / clutch is the worst part of the design - A tenuto or similar on top sounds better. Also beware second hand top platters are often buckled (It’s only pressed ally)
