Thanks to all who attended, we seemed to have a pretty good time all round. Good to see a few new faces for the event. :grinning:

Special thanks to those who went above and beyond in providing and cooking food, and doing the chores. Very much appreciated. :+1::+1::+1:

Not as much kit as last year, but decent sounds from both rooms with what we had. Thanks to all who brought (or lent, if they weren’t there!) all the bits. :loud_sound::notes:

@pmac usually gets the award for furthest distance travelled :blue_car::passenger_ship::blue_car:, but this year @rmsshipbroker nipped it by returning straight from North Montenegro, arriving late Saturday! :airplane::red_car:

The small group left at the end voted to run it again next year, so I will check availability with the owners. Is the same weekend again good? - there is a cricket ODI against Ireland on 12 Sept, but later on we are more into the football season. :man_shrugging:

I have a couple of bags, one with freezer blocks, from the kitchen if anyone wants to claim them.

The green blue bag on the left was mine. Sorry - it’s not worth getting back to me please dispose of in any way you like.

Back at work :unamused:
I’ve got the post Settle blues
Missing spinning tunes, talking bollocks, eating meat and demolishing cakes, pizza, crumble, scones, pie’s and beer.
Will have to spin tunes and eat lots and drink lots tonight to compensate.
Roll on 2020

Same weekend suits me, Dave.

As said before breakfast, happy to pay more as well as it is a bargain.

Pizza parties are always good.

OK, will try to get it to @Spider so you can collect at his bakeoff. Also have @HapHazzard’s jacket to go there (left at my bakeoff ages ago).

Of course Settle 2019 will go down in the anals (literally) of AA history because of Pork Pie Pizza…

The pork pies were absolutely epic.
Paul’s curry too.
Ed’s smoked pork.
Greg’s pancakes and cheesecake
Adam’s brownies (my kids approved Adam)

In fact,:grinning: pretty much everything

Pizza ATM @Jim? Surely an ‘n’ has gone rogue?

I am a bit sad that I simply couldn’t fit in any carrot cake, that looked great.

The misspelling was meant to be funny. Prat…:slightly_smiling_face:
