We’ve had Ritchie’s slow roast Pork on the Saturday evening Dave, both this year and last at Lopwell.

Most folk leave after breakfast on Sunday…

Last time I was there, the BBQ was just a simple open round one about 18inch diameter. I’ll take a folding open one, again not very big. Could be a constructional challenge for Friday afternoon…
The kitchen is good, with a large catering oven as well as a normal cooker.
