In my case the actual valve failed. The body is stainless steel, but the āworkingā valve bits were plastic, and it has just cracked and broken = water everywhere.

If they canāt determine who was driving then they prosecute the registered owner, there must be a law that says you have to disclose who was driving your vehicle during an offence?
Following the appeal, the CPS said: "In order to bring charges, our prosecutors must be satisfied there is sufficient evidence for there to be a ārealistic prospect of convictionā.
āIn this case, despite the presence of dashcam video, the specialist prosecutor who reviewed the case concluded that there was not sufficient evidence to establish who was driving the vehicle involved in this incident and the original decision not to prosecute was upheld.ā

HMRC (again)
Started contracting in May 2016 and had to register for self assessment.
Today I receive 3x Ā£100 fines in the post from HMRC for not filing a SA return for 11/12,13/14 &15/16
Emailed my accountant who says I have to file 3x separate appeals.

I paid ahead for a ticket in Reading but when I went to drive out there was no attendant available who was meant to open the barrier when I told him my parking ID code. The guy on the other barrier couldnāt contact the attendant either also prepaid -There was a large back up of traffic behind us - I had to pay Ā£9 to get out on top of the Ā£7 already paid. Cunts.
