My plans for this year are limited to getting a s/h Jelco and a new plinth for the Thorens. Also, I’d like to pick up a s/h RCM. That aside, I’m aiming to get through the year without changing the main system. I wouldn’t bet on it though

Nothing in or out but I did get my Io rebuilt.
Nothing planned for this year although I may be tempted by an upgrade to my Rega DAC if the right thing comes along. Trouble is that everything under 1k is much of a muchness and I need a few inputs for SBT, BluRay and TV.
Did you notice a big difference in the Io after the rebuild, Kev?
You dudes change kit quicker than a whore changes her knickers. 
I reckon most of my kit changes will be cycling related - however need some stands for my Sony SS-7200’s and I need a proper RCM.

The old one was 8 years old and 6 - 7000 hours on it. Considering I paid £1100 for it I reckon that is pretty good value.
The new one (only the cheeks remain from the old one) has a fresh, slightly more incisive feel about it without being clinical or bright.
