That’s a pity. Perhaps we should try to do something in Liverpool. Must still be somewhere there that needs burning.
Seriously, all the best.
Locals seem to manage to find stuff…
Is there anything worth eating in Liverpool (serious question)
Scouse?
Road kill or do they volunteer?
Serious answer: Yes. I’m a big fan of Asian food. The Thai and Chinese food here is outstanding. There is excellent Japanese and some good Indian food (@Rob998 and I recently saw off a very decent curry). The more traditional styles of Europe cuisine, Italian, Spanish, French, Turkish and Greek are well catered to. There isn’t a decent steakhouse and there are far too many shit burger joints.
In short, with the exception of Korean food, I’ve been as well fed here as anywhere else I have lived. It is far easier on the wallet than London or Melbourne too.
Until it, inevitably, gets lifted

Fuck! I remember getting absolutely slaughtered (and rightly so) for a similar comment a while back…
Best of luck to you with that one
Meh !
Liverpool, Luton, nowt between 'em.
A sea of angry gammon.
Thetford?
I doubt any self-respecting light-fingered local would find the cobwebs and dust in your wallet sufficiently interesting to bother lifting it.
Not really. I’m more
to be honest, with a dash of
and a bit of
.
In which case, I’ll go with the
too
A lesser known prog album going for exorbitant sums, if you can find a copy.
Not these days
You mean Ozzy’s copy is worthless?
I hate you lot
