I have to say the quality of the stuff you see on that thread looks fantastic, I have nothing to add or even match that.
I might suggest a little control on the portion size though 
. Smaller plates and ladles FTW!

Wanna be on my team? 
We have been doing this as well, my clients Nick and Di of the Angel Inn Yarwell have been putting on quizzes live on their Facebook page. Friday night is Pop Quiz, Sunday is General.
Last night was good fun, they dressed up as Noddy and Dave from Slade.
I get together with family on Zoom. Just needs one of you to broadcast the quiz, the others pick up the questions through zoom.
