Skin is my favourite bit.

Love it.

Me and my cousins used to fight over the caramelised bits round the edge of the dish when my paternal grandmother made her legendary rice pudding.

Rice pudding? :face_vomiting:
I hated it, also reminded me of school dinners.
I was in a club of one though, my Dad and Brother loved it and were quite happy that my dislike gave them extra portions!

Love rice pudding, my mum made the best and we always got her to make loads as it’s knockout cold the next day (and day after that)

That makes two of us, it was something about the skin that put me off. Of course like mushrooms and spinach which I also hated as child I now love it. Blancmange was the same, still hate that. Give me Angel Delight any day.
