Arsenal got away with one the other week and there was a Bundesliga game recently where it happened twice! Both times a pen was given, lol.
Perfectly legitimate penalty, how could it not be?

This cryarsing about handball penalties in UEFA comps is doing my head in. Have managers and pundits not been paying any attention to their interpretation of the rules for at least the last 10 years? Keown and Arteta having nervous breakdowns after the game.
