Youāre angling for a job on MOTD, arenāt you.
With that kind of insight youāll be a shoo-in.
Amorim probably the right answer for United, but would like to see Thomas Frank get a big gig in the PL
Same here. I think he has what it takes.
Long and rambling, lacking any sort of chronological discipline, but says a lot.
Sadly itās mostly unsurprising. The incoherence has been evident both on the pitch and in the clubās actions.
The administration of the club has to dramatically improve even if they do manage to hire a good, inspirational manager.
Amorim then @murrayjohnson. Wonder if heās going to go with 3 at the back. Squad/formation incompatibility apparently put either him or Liverpool off when they were looking.
Certainly think the Portuguese league is massively underrated. There are three very competitive teams in that league that consistently do well in Europe. Certainly far better than Ligue 1 imo. Have no idea how they are included in Europeās āBig Fiveā over Portugal.
Itāll be interesting to see what he does. I believe heās worked with Ugarte before & should have no difficulty getting his ideas & wishes across particularly to the Portuguese speaking members of the squad (whether itāll help in Antonyās case is moot). Iām just glad they didnāt take the easy option & appoint RvN. He may be a good manager one day but needs to learn on the job somewhere.
i was reading about the difficulties some players had making sense of what Ten Hag was asking of them. Whenever I saw him being interviewed I always imagined it must have been difficult. He wasnāt the best communicator.
Ten Hag looks a very easy act to follow, never really seen as credible by the senior players, he then brings in his own players and then loses authority with them just as quickly, and heās looked a dead man walking for at least 9 months.
Amorim is a good coach but boy has he got his work cut out with that dressing room.
Should of kept ten hag til Monday
itāll be RvN this weekend. I donāt think Amorim starts til Mid November after the international break.
Well thatās arsenal out of the title race.
Saying that,my 10p double is on Newcastle and Bournemouth both to win.
Long overdue three points today. Well played lads.
Forest 3rd
Some season so far
A pleasing set of results,
Kerkez is apparently heavily scouted by LFC to replace Robbo.
I think his price just went up.
Liverpool now joint favourites with City on Betfair.
Letās all laugh at Man City.
A rough return for Xabiā¦
