It was.

Not sure where our next one is coming from. Bags of chances today but barely troubled their keeper :grimacing:

Grabbed this off instagram… Oooff.

You’d think that’d be a certain broken nose. Did he stay on?

He did. I think the pic is deceptive and it actually hit hit him more on the left side of his face. He has been terrible for ages but recently he has become more consistent and in the last few games, a complete warrior. He was immense last night.

P.s. Liverpool ffs, you had one job. Cunts.

I’d rather hoped for a rugby style score from Liverpool so I could feast on the anguish of Spurs supporters. How disappointing.

Make a good spot the ball pic

Jesus, we are clueless about winning a game. The worrying part for me is it’s not just slot to be blamed. No grit no determination no style

Was bollocks. Allowed the filth way too much space. Liverpool used to turn the ball over so quickly. Where has that gone?

Think Arne’s getting jettisoned this summer. Poor.

Any preference regarding a replacement?

I don’t like most of his tactics and style, and didn’t much last season.
The excellence of the players won it, against some poor teams. RG broke the line and MS still had a bit of zing to get round the man.
There is zero pace in his game, with one full back always dropping to make the pass out easier. The full backs underlap, which is a waste when you have two flyers.
Slow to get out, and the obsession with retaining the extra man means the press is short up top.
It’s unforgivable to play your best player out of position (err… Bruno!).

The whole thing is safety first, and with what is lost the team are just bang ordinary. When did they last score goals in open play, as the main threat?

Just copied this off of another forum regarding Chelsea’s punishment. -

In 2009 Luton Town were deducted 10 points because their previous owners had made irregular payments to agents to the tune of £160,000 via a separate company. That was one point for every £16k. If Chelsea were to be punished by the same yardstick for £47.5 million, the points deduction would be 2,969!

Another fucking ridiculous penalty in a European comp.

The ball deflected off his stomach on to his hand and the cross came form very close range.

Defenders wearing straightjackets are the future.

City v Rm what a cracking game.

This seems pretty wild to me: Afcon 2025: Morocco declared the winners after CAF overturns final defeat to Senegal - BBC Sport

I watched that live.

What Senegal did was a disgrace, I’m glad they’ve overturned the result.
