Two girls, one plate

Only just seen your post cd, there are variations throughout the ME however this is the recipe I tend to use.

3 potatoes, cubed.
1 onion.
2 minced cloves of garlic.
3 tbsp EVO

Garnish:
1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
Chopped coriander.

A spice mix comprising of:
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Par boil (but still firm) then fry in OO with the onions and garlic, when crisp add the spice mix and fry for a few mins to combine.
Hit with garnish and serve.

Eat two and put the other away. Then eat the spare one 10 minutes after you’ve put it away when you realise you should have eaten it with the other two :+1:
