Riya’s garlic 'n coriander naan, bed of shredded Romaine lettuce, home made raita. Gujarati date & tamarind marinated lamb rump steak shish kebabs skewered with red onion, Padron & pointed red peppers, vine ripened tomatoes & pickled cayenne peppers, with a beading of Naga sriracha sauce.

My neighbours slaughtered Stewart recently. Today I was given a pack of his splendid pork sausages so toad-in-the-hole with onion gravy ensued.

Last nights tortelloni with home made mushroom and garlic sauce and sautéed leeks.

Prep in advance of tomozzahz fusion kebab wrap.

Added a fair amount of freshly grated ginger, plenty of crushed garlic & smokey chipotle chilli flakes to the Gujarati date & tamarind marinade & allowed to infuse fer a coupla hrs prior to adding the cubed lamb rump steak.

Will now have a 24hr+ marination covered in the fridge for tomorrow’s supper.

This worked so fantastically on my first run last week that I reckon this minor tweak with t’ fresh ginger should make it nigh on perfeck!

Love me wee birds beak paring knife, super for delicately 'n accurately peeling knobbly pieces of ginger wiv minimal waste.
