Tenderloin of pork with Aberdeen Angus & Cumberland sausages. Leeks, Chantenay carrots, celery & pearl barley in a rich chicken stock velouté sauce with cider.

Served with creamy mash with roasted garlic, crème fraiche, butter with chives, white pepper & sea salt.

I considered that, but they were basically veg cakes and no flour. So the idea was parked for another day :+1:
