Bramley apple ‘n pork sossers, done in the oven, a bit charred as were taking an age in the oven & over compensated by whacking them up to gas mark 8 for final whazz, still v tasty mind.
Served wiv creamy mash with slow roasted garlic
crème fraiche, butter & plenty of chives ‘n white pepper + a little sea salt. Echallion shallots & cider gravy with chicken stock. Tenderstem broccoli steamed.
Smoked basa fillets, oven baked in oiled foil parcel with oregano, chives ‘n cracked black
pepper. Served with creamy mash with chives + oodles of white pepper, slow roasted garlic & butter + crème fraiche & steamed tender stem broccoli

Ham (very good, sadly obscured by the) egg and chips at a local pub before the residents association meeting (stitch ‘n’ bitch).
