Just feeding myself tonight- everyone else is out.

Japanese rolled omelette (forget the name) - not perfect but tastes good - steamed brocolli with soy sauce, mirin and sesame seeds, and jasmine rice with soy sauce, butter and spring onion


To be fair, I’m just using a normal pan and it’s a bit big for this, so I’m being a bit hard on myself.

I use a vegan fish sauce instead of dashi- just got some Nish sauce which is made from seaweed apparently
