Meatball medley.
Pennoni Rigati pasta with butter, dill tops, cracked black pepper & pesto. Served up with mini lamb + beef ‘n pork meatballs in a spicy Arrabbiata sauce enriched with ham stock, tom purée, breadcrumbs ‘n mozzarella with Echallion shallots, green peppers & Aromatico cherry tomatoes & plenty of Ancho + Chipotle chilli flakes.

Chicken topped with leak and bacon, crushed new potatoes and the star of the show, some roasted asparagus. Bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. Delicious.

Went for lunch at The London Carriage Works, which is actually in Liverpool, with a very good friend today. It was a bit of a step up from the usual burger joints we usually frequent…
Mini loaves with 2 butters, on the left a chicken and thyme infused butter and on the right a chive oil infusion. The chicken one was fucking incredible.
Roast cod starter.
Seared sea bass with some posh spuds and a parsley oil sauce.
Everything was bloody delicious and great value for £29.
Lunch in Sushinoen. Soft shell crab tempura, squid tails, catsu chicken curry and ramen. All fantastic as usual
