I had similar, but involved sausage and brown sauce
Roasted herby Jersey Royals with garlic & Parmesan. With dill tops, Oregano & Rosemary. Finished by fork crushing & dosing each spud generously wiv heavy on t’ garlic herby butter + oodles of Parmesan Regganio fer a final flash in t’ oven.
Served with slow cooked ham hock mit caramelised
apple sauce & steamed sugarsnap peas.
Another attempt at Chicken Shawarma. Browned the chicken more this time and some slight adjustments to the spices. Think I’ve cracked it, bloody delicious (and the whole house smells amazing!)

Unusually for a curry fer me it was a ready meal, the rice wuz home done though. From their bistro range & pretty tasty.
