Can’t remember what it’s called - but it’s a Rick Bayless recipe, fried potatoes cooked in tomatillo sauce with roasted poblano strips, scrambled egg and queso fresco, and it’s fuckin awesome.
With refried black beans, guacamole and two types of hot sauce - valentina and tapatio
