I’ve seen you post this a few times. Is it just a middle class carbonara or something different. Looks bloody lovely.
Just have a load of guanciale and trying to make it better each time pretty much. I like food that’s really simple with good quality ingredients because it’s often deceptively hard to get really right.
Plus it’s bloody tasty and a couple quid a meal when you already have everything.
