Healthy eggs? They should have been fried in all of the lovely fat that came out of the bacon and doggy chew sticks.

Me too but usually on toast or, even better, eggs benedict. Just not on a fry up. Where are you on your travels now? Your trip looks brilliant.

I have built a batch of Experimental Bolognaise with £3,000,000 worth of peppers. Was an emotional moment finding the last ones at the local Farm Shop. It will be slow cooked and ready tomorrow.

Donna and I took the dogs to the pub (they wanted to go), meanwhile Amy has been baking again, gluten free apple and cinnamon cupcakes, bloody gorgeous!
