500g of lean pork mince, 1kg of lean steak mince. Four ghost chillis , crushed garlic, chopped red onion, medley of yellow green 'n red peppers, chopped celery, tomato puree, tinned tomatoes & black beans + black eye beans with 3 squares of Ugandan single origin 85% cocoa solids dark chocolate.
Brought up to a ten minute bubble on tâ hob, now in the oven fer a couple of hours low 'n slow cooking at gas mark 2.
Slight quandary as whether to have first serving with Mexican style rice or chips or French fries. Should get 7 good sized portions from this batch.
