The nicest lasagnes we have eaten in Italy… particularly family run rustic Trattoria have all featured an intense meat sauce and very little if any béchamel…

500g 30 day aged ribeye, seared then cooked in buerre Bretagne until medium rare, chestnut mushrooms, mixed salad.

Celebrating getting most of my sense of taste back Roger. Had a couple of Brewdog Triple Hazy NEIPAs earlier, they’re 9.5% so tonight I will stick to the one bottle!
