Another year, another Scheissewagen

BMW phev’s are cool.

hope its improved since 2018 - 25mpg or 8mile battery range. bit of a shock for the lad whod swapped from a 320d

Says a cunt, who thinks cunts are cool

Yep, the AAA size hybrid battery took the last version off my list. The current one is at least up there with the VAG system.

I think I prefer the idea of a range extender over a PHEV. Having the car basically electric with a backup petrol system seems like a better idea than having the whole ICE drive train as well as electric.

Do you need some sort of cream for that butthurt?

Most (90%) of my mileage is business, so I care MUCH more about tax than mpg!
(and 25 mpg is way better than any of the last six cars I owned before getting a company car…)

Did you get 2.5mpg in that tank you had?

Best was 20 (driving st 50 mph like a nun), worst was 10 (normal use round town.)

I remember you drove it to mine to pick something up - Audion amps? Must have added £100 to the cost!

Fuel was a lot cheaper 12 years ago!

Any idea what the monthly tax is at 40%?

Less than £150

Not bad at all, I was paying £160 for a 320 10 yrs ago.

320i or 320d after April 1st would be about £450

Bloody hell!
Ive not had a CC since 2013 so well out of touch.

The changes in April will stop cheating, but will really punish all petrol/diesel/mild hybrid options

If only my EV was a company car.

Looking forward to the wife’s Tesla.
May inspire me to get an electric next as I just don’t do large mIles frequently, so wouldn’t worry about range.

But there isn’t a decent used market, or availability yet.

As a company car it’s a no brainer for her.

There’s plenty of Model S and Leafs about.
