walking guide to modernist houses in Beckenham (this is 15 minutes on the train for us)

Our estate features in another of the guides. They’re well thought through walks with a little bit of information about each point of interest on the way.

I think basically the weather is getting better so I’m feeling more like going out, hence buying these.

Mebbe the rates were calculated on the area of the ground floor :woozy_face:

Almost all rates / house insurance etc in France is still done on sqm of the property, so that would make sense.
