It’s lovely, went there years ago to see Lars and the Real Girl, with an ex Girlfriend, nice to sit on comfy seats with a G&T or two!

Just a smidge. I’ve seen it and suggested to Hel we sell what we have here and buy that but she’s not keen to move to that area. Her next move she wants to be near the sea
