Copper doohickies would look OK and be more in keeping with brutalism.

Man’s on a bus stuck at temporary traffic lights and I realised that we’re directly outside the entrance to Walter’s Way, the “anarchist” self-build estate (kind of).
I just thought people might find it interesting.

Although only down the road from us visited 2 Willow Road for the very first time today. Strongly recommended if you are into that style of architecture and modern art. You do have to pre-book and places do go quickly.

Yes, quite a contrast, athough looking better these days now the main tower has been demolished. Folklore tales of various suicides over the years from the top.
