Bit of a mare, did a 2+2+2 but was very stuck together, meat didn’t melt :frowning:

Threats of rain but sticking with it for a Friday Steak Night treat. Chips and veg in oven!

I’m looking after an 8month old baby while cooking, oven chips are the best you are getting. Not triple cooking chips from scratch in the deep fat fryer, fuck that.

Last night was Lamb Burgers for me and Venison Steak for the Wife with roasted veg, tried Chicory on the BBQ which was nice.

Today was 5hrs (at around 150 degrees and ~45min at full blast) low’n’slow Lamb Shoulder Greek style after a 24hr marinade.

Decided to abandon the Meater and relax and let it do it’s thing. Perfect.
