Pork rib eye loin with wild garlic butter.
Never heard of it before, but it was on sale in waitrose for £5 so I thought, cheap and tough so long slow cook with smoke.
4hrs at 120c with apple wood smoke and fuck me it’s good, unbelievably moist and carves like butter
really nice smoke ring as well
