I think @A_Touch_of_Cloth has debased himself in the chocolate aisle and has the store under armed siege.

According to an Aldi checkout lady, Moser Roth is Thornton’s.
Nein.
Thorntons is fucking gak.
Probably the worst chocolate in Britain.
Had some McVitie’s Gold Bars in Aldi last week, they are a bit like a Twix without the caramel but covered in Caramac

Apparently it’s just rebadged.
She was told by the manager and it comes from the same factories.
Although it does seem Storck own then and they don’t own Thorntons!
Guess that’s why she was on the checkout…
Thorntons are owned by Italian chocolate maker, Ferrero.
Moser Roth is made by Storck in Germany exclusively for Aldi.
