If only there was someone on here who was willing to take on a ruinously expensive listed house with accompanying livestock.

What are the chances :woman_shrugging:

Similar thing happened on a section of the Bluebell Railway that had to be cleared to allow it to build a connection to East Grinstead. All now sorted but at great expense.

A mate in Croydon used to do this for a local charity years ago. (I am thinking 90s)
He volunteered two days a month and did odd jobs mainly for elderly pople like putting up a curtain rail or assembling flatpack furniture etc.
He did it for free and the charity charged £15.00 a job.
He had to be DBS checked and insured etc.

Only 40 years away!

2040 is only 18 years away.

But the truth is it’s 30 years away. It always has been and it always will be.

YES. This is what the Emperor demands.

Too good an offer to refuse.

It’s really fucking dull, too :+1:

Almost qualifies on the basis of the self-contradictory meaninglessness of

“We are moving in a much more stable position and we’re fairly confidence we will be able to sustain that performance."

and

“… we don’t want to slip back to a situation that’s been in place some time.”

Christ, you must be displacing even harder than me… :open_mouth:
