I’d expect him to say as much. Look he’s a phenomenal fighter, very technical as well as being unbelievably resilient, but no one is unbeatable, no one

That’s the one!
Not sure about who I want next. It should be White, as I can’t see Usyk dodging a rematch with AJ.

Although Usyk (not AJ) has the better chance of taking points from Fury, he’s already gone up a weight and I suspect Fury is just a step too far. He won’t knock him down, and it’s a long time to be in the ring for a points win!

The aging process guarantees this.

Would have been interesting to see Lennox Lewis at his peak against Fury.

Top, top boxer.

As good as any I’ve seen. At his peak I would back him against anyone.

Good call on Lewis. The fighter who I was thinking would give Fury a problem would have been Holyfield because of his mobility around the ring, and his hard headed ability to find a way to win

Mike Tyson in his prime would have given Fury one hell of a match with his ferocious hand speed and explosive power…

Was having this discussion this morning before the digging began

That’s who we both plumped for , Tyson peak prime aggression

The only person to really beat Tyson was himself. The moment he bought a tiger, starting sexually assaulting young women, and stopped doing the peek-a-boo stance then he was over.

So …. How do you call it folks

I call it a match between two has-beens looking for a lucrative payday. Boxing should be better than this.

If I had to call it I would take Brook by knockout in ~3

Wont be waiting up- not that I know where or when it is on.

Love me some boxing.
Even when it’s a trash talk, grudge slug.

Hope it matches the hype.

Whilst certainly not in their prime and this match should have happened years ago I wouldn’t call them has-beens … this match is as much about closure as anything else .

After all Natasha Jonas just won her first world title tonight at the ripe old age of 37
