Nice to chat with Andy Whittle and Luigi in the Rogers room. Luigi had brought along the two Revoxes one of which was a higher speed 2T machine while the other was a 4T 3.75/7.5. They were showing newly made 3/5as with a newly designed active sub beneath each. Andy also showed me pics of some field coil units he’s been working on for AN Es (tweeters & woofers) which he says are really promising. Lockwood also had a room and had two different Tannoy derived models on show. Otherwise it was much the usual fare but it was nice to catch up with a few people.
