I think the r8 still looks great. Not too flash but not ordinary.

The only things I don’t like about the Alfa is that it’s a 4 cyl. turbo and the interior is a bit

I think you should build a kit car. Just avoid the temptation to build in a stereo that doubles the weight of it!
Seriously, you have the skills to build it, you could clear out the garage and shove everything into storage, and then you could have a proper mad weekend car that is unlikely to depreciate much (?)

Lol. Probably like the Fiat 500 Abarth that someone round here has - it does sound great! (unlike the Porsche 718/S, which sounds exactly a Subaru).
Another contender might be a 718 GTS.
With a pi for infotainment/dash/data-logging/engine management.

So your shortlist is the Audi or the Porsche. You won’t fit in the other two - not for any tolerable length of time. Not taking a pop, they’re wearable cars.
4C is for looking at, never read a good word about it as a driving experience. Which is a damn shame.
After a Porker you might find the 4C sounds a bit disappointing?

Fit a roof rack and rally tyres and you can still carry all the Alpaca stuff* into the fields.
*I have no idea what stuff Alpacas need? Bales of BMP and the like, I expect.
