Brought back the Analogue Super NT (SNES) to go with the Mega SG (Mega Drive)

What a fantastic job they do of letting you play 16bit era games so well on a modern display.

Also got my pre order in for the Pocket, only have to wait a year or so

They are quality :+1:

I’ve had the Mega SG a couple of years, it was way beyond expectations so ordered the Super NT.

I may need the up coming Turbo Graphics machines as well.

Only had the SNES Castlevania, didn’t know that existed!

It’s 3D and got panned by the 2D purists but it’s actually very good, especially after the initial level.

You and seven others agree!

Seriously, how hard is it to get hold of these next gen consoles without getting gouged? Ridiculous.

She won’t give any details on how she got it, only that it wasn’t easy.

Is that a photo of yours? The white lettering looks uncannily sharp for an n64?

Yep, off the mancave TV yesterday.

Is your N64 modded?

Only by having the 8Mb memory addon.

That is a very good picture for n64. Apart from the aspect ratio all stretched. I use an open source scan convertor (OSSC) to line double my neogeo to 480p … in 4:3 of course

Considering pal n64s don’t have RGB out either. A Japanese RGB 60hz n64 is like a completely different machine

That’s what surprised me.

@MrKettle what connectors have you got going into the back of that monitor/ tv?

Just a standard Scart. Could be the telly trying to be clever on thesignal.
