Covfaffe - the road to despair, calling at futility and disappointment

Nice, I have only just gone back to pourover after a new months of espresso only.

With the tea attachment is it just flow rate and temperature that you change?

With tea it’s a series of short steeps under pressure then a release. You’re supposed to be able to vary the pressure of the valve in the portafilter but I haven’t worked out how to do it yet. It’s a bit high, I’d like it to be around 4 bar.

Please stop posting graphs. It’s causing the want and I don’t even like espresso.

If you had one you could make other people nice espresso.

Does not compute.

I am tempted with the Mizen burrs, been keeping an eye on user reviews. They seem to be getting good feedback so far.

I’ll likely go with the HU burrs to start, i think theyll be a good move over the niche.

They look good prices.

Why do coffee companies keep recording the origin names differently?

Why not Brazil and Guatemala or Brazilian and Guatamalan?

Ive had a few from them and all have been good. Dark Peak is a really nice espresso

Haha - the perfect coffee art for Ian Sampson’s head  (you had to be there)
