I haven’t used my Gaggia for some time, was meaning to buy one of the kits, but this would be cheaper and far more control. Will have to do a research/man math think

Bargain at $360, but I want one. Not available until early next year.

The Branko of coffee by all accounts

In a classy troll prank, my business partner has bought me a mokka pot and bean grinder for Christmas. I assume this is to both tip me down a previously avoided rabbit hole and also ensure he can have something other than tea when he visits.

So not high level faff admittedly, but MUCH better than what I did have!

Thank you Donna, she knows bargains when she sees them :grinning::coffee:.

Good morning.

And I didn’t even have to put my parts in it.

looks more like a double or triple?

Yeah, I’m not totally clear on it myself to be honest! It’s only a tinny cup though.

did you do it manually or with the one cup button?

Just pressed the espresso button :man_shrugging:.
There are options though….you can adjust the volume.

Does it go up to 11?

If you bought it new it should be set to default of 20ml for single shot. I set mine to 35ml and used the double basket with 14g of coffee. After a short while switched to manual mode and scales though.

Have you gone full faff and bought some scales yet?

This one is the SAGE Nespresso pod machine on the right.
The other Breville has more faff possibilities.
