First ever 10k run this morning. Only intended to run 8k but felt good so kept on going.

I think he’s missing the liveliness of St Werbs a bit. Eastville is quieter. But many landlords are cashing in at the mo so renters have to move.

My running is still going well I’m now on week four and 25% of the way through the runners world marathon plan with a nice 16 mile effort.

10k run this morning. It was hard work in the heat. When I got home I was told we were going out for a walk… just under 30,000 steps today.

My feet hurt.

Well, I’ve done the same shit again where I haven’t trained for months. This time though I was I’ll for a number of weeks and just didn’t eat really. After that I couldn’t be arsed for a while and have been feeling fairly low.

Dropped a lot of weight and I’m now under 9 stone. Got my diet back on track and I’m eating a surplus and I have been doing bodyweight exercises for a few weeks. The one good thing about not having much weight is I could crank out fairly high reps no bother lol, 30 press-ups for example.

Got back under the bar tonight and did a short full body session which I’ll continue with this week at least. The only way is up from here.
