No doubt Rosie enjoying some Rosie time. At least Cooper didn’t have his nuts removed on Valentines day as Barnaby (rip) did, arranged by Mrs. S. and a female vet. Can’t help thinking there was a message to me in the timing. Enjoy Rosie, he’ll soon be back on form.
This could be my two down the pub tonight.
Border Collie walks into a Bar.
Collie: “Got any Treats?”
Barman: “No”
Collie: “Got any treats?”
Barman: “NO!”
Collie: “Got any Treats?”
Barman: “No..and if you don’t shut up, I’ll nail your feet to the floor!!”
Collie: “Got any nails?”
Barman: “NO!!!”
Collie: “Got any treats?”
Of course not, it’d be swallowed way before it could
Hows the training coming on j_b., has she taught you any new tricks, hows your recall to the treat jar ?
Too cute by half.
She’s getting there slowly, the problem is I think she’s got some whippet in her but she’s a lovely girl.
No Harry walk today (Dentist) but I took the dog out for a walk which took in a small reservoir one of several feeding the small hydro electric power station at Mary Tavy. Decided to let her off to have a drink & paddle at the edge.
But she disturbed a duck and a load of ducklings who scattered fortunately. Button was in though, chasing the mother who was paddling away while seeming to feign a wing injury and staying 10 yards ahead.
This chase continued right up to the top of the lake, maybe 150 yards whereupon the perfectly healthy duck took off and flew back to the ducklings. A damp but unrepentant Button rejoined me and we finished the walk.
Classic distraction technique. Obviously did the trick
Fecking love that room
And a great pic
