So sorry for your loss.

I remember seeing you when I came to visit Milly, dropping off the amp was just a side thing

She was unbelievably friendly (and bouncy) and think that was the point I decided I wanted to get my first dog :+1:

THANKYOU EVERYONE for your reactions the comments are so supportive. This has been the only place I can share what I’ve been going through. I have been walking around talking to her and then remembering she had gone. It was terrible waking up this morning to realise what had happened and I was just reliving loosing Sue. My big issue now is what now? But again thank you everyone :folded_hands:

Keep talking. We’re all here for you. Most of us have lost a furry friend and understand what you are feeling right now :hugs:

Well the results are in, couldn’t work out if Sam was actually a patterjack as he’s blown the size and weight for them out the window.

Turns out he’s a right mix with some very surprising ones.

The parsons Russel and springer mix explains a lot of the fucking lunacy though

Hybrid vigour then, good lad!

Oh yeah, hybrid with bells on.

18 breeds in total but effectively he’s 63% terrier, 26% spaniel and 11% Pug

Think it’s safe to say he was from an Irish puppy farm.

Tough mate, very tough. I can’t even comprehend how I’ll cope when one of the girls leaves

I spent four years saying “no” to getting a dog. Now I wouldn’t be without one.

They’ve a way of getting into your heart.
When I was a teenager we’d been without a dog for a while as dad had said no more dogs. The dog’s usually took to my mum as I guess she was at home during the day. Year or so later we rehomed our first King Charles Cavalier. By now , dad had taken early retirement. This little dog just wormed him way into this decent but very hard man’s heart. She eventually died in my dad’s arms in the vets waiting room. My mum told me that was the first and only time she’d ever seen my dad cry.
